  • We need to decide if you are wanting a truly custom home or a semi-custom home.

​

  • The architect’s home will be a true custom home that you have helped to design making it custom.

​

  • The builder’s home will be a semi-custom home. As they will be working off plans, they already have. If we are building the customization will come with the finishes, we choose.

  • We can meet with an architect one of the ones I work with and have known for a long time will meet with you free of charge to give you an idea of what your cost will be. He will also be able to connect us with builders, interior designers and landscapers.

  • Using an Architect, he will research the deed restrictions for us once we know where we want to build.

​

  • Using an architect will be a bit more expensive as opposed to going straight to a builder and working off of one of their plans.

​

  • I would suggest that we look at both options.

​

  • There are a few homes that are already built by Mazzarino homes that we could go take a look at. They seem to check the boxes that Leah shared with me. It would be worth our time to go and look as it will also give me an idea of what your likes and dislikes are.

  • Most builders have some lots already in their inventory for future builds and they are always getting more. We can always ask where those said lots are if there is nothing that meets your needs at this time.
